I want you to know exactly what to expect when you purchase or work with me. These policies apply to services purchased through Madelyn Hope unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a separate agreement.
Astrology Readings
Your Chart, Explained and Your Current Chapter are delivered within 10 business days after I receive your completed intake form.
The Full Astrology Guide is delivered within 14 business days after I receive your completed intake form.
Because astrology readings are personalized, custom work, purchases become non-refundable once your intake has been submitted and I have begun working on your reading.
If something comes up before I begin your reading, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
Astrology is a reflective and interpretive tool. Readings may explore patterns, timing, themes, and possibilities, but they do not guarantee specific events or outcomes and should not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Custom Wellness Services
Custom workout plans, meal plans, yoga flows, mobility routines, and form feedback are personalized digital services created specifically for the person who purchases them.
Because of the custom nature of these services, purchases are non-refundable once I have begun creating your service.
Turnaround time will be communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
Wellness services are intended for general fitness, nutrition, movement, and educational purposes. They are not medical treatment, physical therapy, diagnosis, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
If you are dealing with an injury, medical condition, significant pain, or another concern requiring medical care, please work with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative service designed to provide personalized support, accountability, education, and guidance.
Monthly coaching payments are non-refundable once a new coaching month has begun.
If you decide you would like to discontinue coaching, please let me know before your next scheduled payment so future billing can be stopped.
Coaching results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including participation, consistency, circumstances, and individual choices. Purchasing coaching does not guarantee a specific physical, financial, emotional, or lifestyle outcome.
Coaching does not replace medical care, therapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
Communication
Response times may vary depending on the service you purchase. Coaching communication expectations are outlined on the Coaching page and during onboarding.

Digital Delivery
Most services offered through Madelyn Hope are delivered digitally. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and accurate information needed to complete your service.
Please double-check birth information, intake responses, goals, preferences, and other information before submitting.
Scope of Services
Only the items specifically included in the service you purchase are included in that purchase.
Additional work such as synastry, composite relationship charts, astrocartography, additional astrology questions, ongoing follow-up, plan revisions beyond what is included, or other custom requests may be available separately.
