Hi love:) I’m Madelyn Hope
I’m interested in what makes a life actually feel like yours.
This space has grown with me through a lot of versions of myself, and now it holds all of it: astrology, movement, food, self trust, identity, creativity, wellness, and the messy in-between parts of becoming who you’re meant to be.
Sometimes that looks like a birth chart reading. Sometimes it’s coaching, a podcast episode, a newsletter, or me figuring something out in real time and bringing you along with me.
More than anything, I care about helping women understand themselves well enough to trust themselves, make choices that feel like their own, and build lives they actually want to be in.
My Story
I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to understand life deeply. Why we are the way we are. Why certain things feel right and others don’t. Why we can have a perfectly “good” life and still know there’s something more calling us.
For a long time, I tried to find the answers by becoming better at everything. More disciplined. More productive. Healthier. Stronger. More successful. More certain.
Wellness became a huge part of my life through that process. I learned how much movement, food, routines, and taking care of my body can change the way I experience my life. I became a personal trainer and yoga teacher, started coaching women, and built a business around helping other people feel better in their bodies and their lives.
But eventually I realized that even the “right” habits can become another set of rules if you’re using them to become who you think you should be instead of learning who you actually are.
That realization changed basically everything.
I became more interested in self-trust than self-improvement. More interested in alignment than perfection. Astrology became another language for understanding myself. Writing and podcasting gave me somewhere to make sense of what I was learning. And this space slowly became less about teaching people the perfect way to live and more about exploring what it means to build a life that genuinely feels like your own.
I’m still doing that too. I don’t think I’m supposed to stand at the finish line and tell you how to get here. I’d much rather be in the middle of it with you, paying attention, asking better questions, and sharing what I find along the way.
My Approach
I don’t believe there is one perfect way to live, heal, eat, move, work, love, or become yourself. There’s just the version that actually makes sense for you.
I think of life like a map. Astrology can show us patterns. Our bodies give us information. Our routines reveal what we prioritize. Our relationships show us parts of ourselves we may not see alone. None of those things get to decide who you are, but they can help you understand the terrain.
That’s how I approach everything I create, whether I’m reading a birth chart, coaching someone, talking into a microphone, or writing something that’s been sitting heavy on my mind.
I’m not here to make you more dependent on me. I want to help you hear yourself more clearly.
My Values
Self trust:
Learning to hear your own voice before everyone else’s.
Freedom:
Building a life with room to change, explore, create, rest, and actually live.
Wellness:
Taking care of your body because it is the place you experience your entire life from.
Curiosity:
Staying open enough to question what you thought you knew
Expression:
Letting yourself be seen, heard, creative, emotional, weird, ambitious, soft, loud, or whatever is actually true.
What I’m Here to Explore
I’m fascinated by identity, self expression, astrology, wellness, relationships, ambition, beauty, creativity, success, and all the little decisions that eventually become a life.
I’m interested in the gap between the life that looks good on paper and the one that actually feels good to live.
And I’m especially interested in what happens when women stop organizing their lives around who they’re supposed to be and start paying attention to who they already are.
That’s the thread underneath pretty much everything you’ll find here.

Wherever you found me, I’m glad you’re here.
Read something. Listen to something. Look at your chart. Move your body. Question something you thought you knew. Take what feels useful and leave what doesn’t.
There are a lot of ways to be here.
